Patient Account Representative in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts at Signature Healthcare

Busy Physician Group looking for experienced third party recovery person.

Responsibilities include:

calling insurance companies on all outstanding claims

calling patients on outstanding self pay balances.

Other responsibilities include reviewing all insurance denials and submitting appeals when appropriate.

Knowledge of insurance carriers' requirements and some coding knowledge required. Excellent verbal and written communications needed. Knowledge of IDX GPMS a plus.
