E-commerce Operations Coordinator in Parsippany, New Jersey at Fotile America LLC

About the Role

FOTILE is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support our growing omni-channel business. This role sits at the intersection of retail account execution and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, ensuring pricing accuracy, order integrity, and a premium customer experience.

You will support retail partners (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, etc.), manage order processing, and may serve as the first point of contact for eCommerce customers.

Responsibilities

Retail Account Support

Maintain SKU setup, pricing accuracy, and retailer portal updates
Track promotions, calendars, and submission deadlines
Monitor listing health, MAP compliance, and inventory visibility
Support reporting on revenue, margin, and forecast vs. actual performance
Other responsibilities as needed
Order Management

Process and validate online orders in ERP/order management systems
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfillment
Manage returns (RMAs), replacements, and order discrepancies
Ensure high-order accuracy and resolution turnaround
Customer Experience

Serve as the first point of contact for DTC and or eCommerce customer inquiries (email/phone)
Provide product guidance, order updates, and issue resolution
Escalate warranty or technical issues as needed
Maintain response-time standards aligned with a premium brand
Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in eCommerce, retail operations, order management, or sales support
Experience with ERP or order management systems
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting basics)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
Familiarity with retailer.com portals and shipping methods
Experience in premium consumer goods or appliances
