Job Description

The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs seeks to fill an Assistant Registrar position beginning July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. This is a full-time, 12-month, staff position in a high-profile student-facing office focused on customer relations and accurate expedient transmittal of services.

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in any field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data-driven office setting, or an equivalent alternative combination of education and experience. They should have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be adept at office technology. Experience in higher education and Datatel Colleague is preferred, but not required.
