CBORD Systems Administrator II - Dallas

**Texas Health Dallas**
Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
• 2 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
• CBORD experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
• Provides day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually. Independently works on problems of moderate to high complexity. Coordinates with internal and external technical partners as needed.
• Delivers application using deployment systems, oversees upgrades and enhancements, and coordinates interfaces of applications.
• Complies with security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinates new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
• May serve as a mentor for less experienced staff. Participates in special projects and/or performs other duties as assigned.
