Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management

Chandler, AZ | Full-Time

AZ Pain Doctors is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Pain Management practice in Chandler, AZ. This role is essential to delivering high-quality care to patients throughout Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and managing chronic pain conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing excellent patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and imaging reviews
• Diagnose and manage chronic pain conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines
• Educate patients on treatment plans and diagnostic results
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
• Respond to patient questions and care-related messages
• Collaborate with physicians regarding interventional pain management procedures

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Active DEA and CDS licenses
• Previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• Pain management or outpatient clinic experience preferred
• EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Monday–Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm
• No nights or weekends

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred

- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care

- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
