Class A Driver in Bolton, Massachusetts at Easton Pool & Spa Inc

Easton Select Group is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to support our construction, service, and operations teams. This position is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, machinery, and trailers to and from job sites, vendor locations, and company facilities. The ideal candidate has experience hauling trailers, operating heavy equipment, and assisting field crews with loading and unloading activities.

This is a hands-on role that requires more than driving. Drivers will assist with equipment handling, site deliveries, and general support of field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM
• End time: Approximately 3:00 PM or later based on operational needs
• Occasional overtime required
• Occasional overnight travel may be required

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles with trailers to transport equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Assist field crews with unloading equipment and materials at job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with operations personnel.
• Transport equipment between company locations, vendors, repair facilities, and job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles and trailers.
• Assist with warehouse, yard, and equipment organization when not driving.
• Comply with all federal, state, and company safety regulations.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling and maneuvering trailers required.
• Clean driving record with the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Forklift and equipment transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure equipment and materials.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
