TELECOMMUNICATIONS SALES SPECIALIST
Your Position & How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the VP, Sales , you will bring experience in direct sales—particularly field sales, neighborhood marketing, events, and door-to-door sales—coupled with a genuine passion for telecommunications. Your primary responsibility will be promoting and selling our top-tier products and services directly to residential customers within our expanding service area. This role offers the opportunity for career growth in a rapidly evolving industry. You’ll be an integral part of a high-performing sales team, utilizing your strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and highlight the unique value of our offerings.
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Conduct face-to-face field sales targeting residential customers to promote our internet, phone, and TV packages.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in our growing service area.
- Build rapport with prospects, providing them with clear and compelling product information.
- Actively engage in lead generation through door-to-door canvassing and follow-up on new opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Track and report daily sales activities and results to the team lead and sales manager.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Leverage training resources to continuously improve your sales skills and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintainaccuraterecords of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions asrequired.

Education:
- A degree or diploma in business, communications, or a related field is an asset, but notrequired.
Experience:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned regions.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Proven success in door-to-door sales or other direct sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
