  • Provide exceptional service while taking ownership of member needs and effectively resolving more complex situations.
  • Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, and balance cash when needed.
  • Contribute to individual, branch, and OCCU service and sales goals while ensuring a positive member experience.
  • Protect member information, maintain accurate records, and follow applicable OCCU procedures and BSA requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural relationship builder who creates trust and connects with members through genuine, personalized service.
  • Strong sales and service skills with the ability to identify needs, explain options clearly, and confidently recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly when handling complex or elevated member situations.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
  • A results-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new products, processes, and skills in a changing environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of similar or related experience.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality, including adherence to assigned work schedules.

Why Join OCCU:
