Setting: Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care/Geriatric Rehab
Join a team that's passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors. Compass Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our skilled nursing facilites by providing nutrition assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and helping ensure compliance with Title 22 and CMS regulations.
This position will be based out of one location, but will require commuting between facilities located in Morro Bay, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande.

CA Consumer Protection Act Notice to Employees and Applicants – Compass Health, Inc.
Requirements:- Licensure: Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Education: Knowledge of Title 22 and CMS regulations preferred
- Experience: Long-term care experience preferred but passionate new graduates are welcome!
- Clearances: Ability to successfully pass standard background, physical, and TB checks.
- Must be willing to float between facilities
- This job requires frequent standing, sitting, walking
