Job Title: Equipment Operator - Liquids

Location: 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Type: Full time

Typical Work Schedule: 6:00am-4:00pm

Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.00 DOE

About the role:

A Liquids Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining equipment used in the company's liquids processing/destruction operations. The role involves handling materials, conducting equipment inspections, supporting site operations, and following strict safety and environmental procedures.

What you'll do:

• Operate equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, unload, and transport materials and pallets.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine equipment maintenance checks.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, inspections, and incidents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment in the mining, compost, and/or construction industry.
• Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Must comply with background check and Drug-free Workplace Policy.
• Compliance with safety regulations as outlined by the Company and OSHA/MSHA.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended time periods.
• Ability to physically lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers / peers in job duties.
• Must be dependable and coachable.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CDL with tanker endorsement preferred.
• Truck loading and site prep experience are a plus.
