Senior People Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior People Partner based in United States.

This is a strategic and hands-on People Partner role supporting leaders and employees across a fast-paced, global technology environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor on performance, talent, employee relations, organizational health, and workforce planning.
The role offers significant influence across the full employee lifecycle, from performance reviews and promotions to succession planning and organizational change.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional People teams to translate business needs into scalable people solutions.
Success will require strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with confidence.
You’ll also have opportunities to improve HR processes through data, automation, and innovative technology.
The position is remote within the United States, with minimal travel for occasional team off-sites.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted People advisor and coach to employees, managers, Directors, and Senior Directors across assigned functions or regions.
  • Partner with leaders throughout the talent lifecycle, including performance reviews, performance management, talent calibration, promotions, compensation reviews, succession planning, and talent readiness.
  • Provide employee relations guidance and thought partnership, helping leaders address performance concerns, policy matters, and sensitive workplace situations appropriately.
  • Support talent and leadership development strategies by helping deliver effective enablement resources and manager development initiatives.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders on organizational design, change management, and workforce initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve People processes, policies, and operational practices.
  • Translate broader People strategies into scalable actions while creating effective feedback loops between the business, employees, and People teams.
  • Collaborate with Employment Legal, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve processes and ensure sound, compliant recommendations.
  • Use workforce data, employee relations trends, and performance insights to inform People strategy, manager training, and approaches to underperformance.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline People processes.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced People/HR or talent organization, ideally within a high-growth global technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices and employment law, with the ability to apply sound judgment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proven experience acting as a strategic business partner to cross-functional and global teams, including advising senior and Director-level leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with employee relations and performance management, including performance reviews, underperformance coaching, and related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, take initiative, and drive projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong relationship-building, coaching, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across different personalities, leadership styles, and organizational levels.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear, actionable plans and deliver results across multiple stakeholders.
  • High integrity and ethical standards, combined with sound judgment when handling sensitive, complex, or confidential situations.
  • A demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, psychologically safe, and collaborative workplace environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and deliver high-quality People support.
  • Comfortable embracing AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely; minimal travel may be required for team off-sites.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: Annual cash compensation range of $97,900–$146,900 USD, with individual packages tailored to skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Additional compensation opportunities: Eligibility for annual bonuses, on-target incentives where applicable, and participation in an equity plan with restricted stock units for eligible roles.
  • Remote flexibility: Remote work eligibility within the United States, with an emphasis on balancing flexibility with meaningful team connection.
  • Work-life balance: Flexible working arrangements designed to support both high performance and personal well-being.
  • Professional development: Opportunities to continue learning, grow professionally, and develop new skills in a dynamic technology environment.
  • Inclusive culture: A workplace committed to belonging, diversity, psychological safety, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
  • Team connection: Opportunities to build strong relationships with colleagues through team gatherings, off-sites, and in-person events where applicable.
  • Accessibility support: Accommodations and alternative arrangements are available for candidates who require additional support during the hiring process.
