Sr. Product Delivery Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Delivery Manager based in United States.

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced product delivery professional to oversee complex product implementations from final approval through launch and ongoing optimization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure initiatives remain on track. The role combines product management, project leadership, risk management, and operational improvement. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, IT, Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance teams. Success requires strong organization, communication, and decision-making in a complex environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy while driving disciplined and efficient execution.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product development and implementation lifecycle, from final underwriting approval through launch and post-launch activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Define product objectives and ensure they are clearly understood and aligned across project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Forecast resource requirements, coordinate team capacity, and manage resources efficiently to achieve product objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder communication strategies, providing leadership with regular progress updates and proactively addressing issues, risks, and concerns.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the product development lifecycle and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Product Management leadership to contribute to product strategies, roadmaps, execution plans, and initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities, complexity, stakeholder influence, and required levels of involvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product development processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Apply relevant industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and techniques throughout product implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, IT, Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Conduct research and contribute insights that support product development, market understanding, and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain current knowledge through ongoing training and adapt quickly to evolving processes, priorities, and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product delivery environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex product development, implementation, or project portfolios from planning through execution.
  • Proven project management expertise, including resource planning, execution, prioritization, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across decentralized and cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and business alignment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, processes, technologies, and operating practices.
  • Project Portfolio Management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with applicable product regulations and market research is preferred.
  • Travel insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
