  • Collaborate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and clients to identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
  • Support client go-lives outside standard business hours when required and participate in periodic on-call coverage.
  • Contribute to initiatives across Deployment or Development teams and support broader organizational goals when opportunities arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Experience using Rhapsody Interface Engine or another comparable interface-engine platform.
  • Strong understanding of data and data extraction solutions.
  • Basic programming or scripting capabilities using technologies such as JavaScript, C++, SQL, or equivalent.
  • Foundational knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards, including HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, and XML.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, ask effective questions, participate in meetings, and deliver concise training.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to review written materials, present numerical information effectively, and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call coverage for approximately one week at a time several times per year.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support when required for client go-lives.
  • Preferred: Orion Rhapsody Associate-level certification or equivalent training.
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of workflows across the technology stack and experience contributing to innovative, collaborative environments.
  • Demonstrated openness to different perspectives, constructive feedback, shared accountability, and team-oriented problem solving.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $50,461–$142,643.10 per year, with individual compensation based on factors such as role level, location, skills, experience, and education or training.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus plan with a 10% target.
  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Competitive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth.
  • Exposure to diverse projects, teams, technologies, and healthcare integration challenges.
  • Opportunities to contribute to meaningful technology initiatives that support healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.
  • Collaborative environment that encourages innovation, bold thinking, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
  • Opportunities to participate in team and community-focused initiatives.
