This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay Consultant based in United States.

This is a high-impact functional consulting role supporting clients across Oracle Cloud Financials environments, with a primary focus on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and deliver sustainable ERP improvements. The role combines hands-on configuration, business process expertise, troubleshooting, and client engagement. You will contribute throughout the technology lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The environment is collaborative and service-oriented, with opportunities to work across technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership. Candidates with strong PeopleSoft Financials P2P experience are also encouraged to apply.

Accountabilities:
  • Support and advise clients across Oracle Cloud Financials, serving as a functional subject matter expert with a focus on Procure-to-Pay.
  • Configure, enhance, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across the full implementation and post-production lifecycle.
  • Manage P2P processes covering requisitions, purchasing, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, payments, supplier onboarding, expenses, and spend management.
  • Support Oracle Cloud modules including Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Expenses, and Self Service Procurement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, manage service requests, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver functional enhancements within a Managed Services or post-go-live environment.
  • Gather, document, and analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud configuration and process solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership and recommend best practices that improve operational efficiency, financial controls, workflows, and client outcomes.
  • Partner with technical teams and stakeholders on integrations, reporting, data processes, and related Oracle Financials capabilities.
  • Support solution design, testing, training, go-live activities, and ongoing application support.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with client leadership, project teams, and technical stakeholders while managing multiple priorities independently.
  • For candidates with PeopleSoft expertise, apply substantial Financials P2P knowledge across Purchasing, Accounts Payable, eProcurement, Supplier Management, Expense Management, and related integrations.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, with demonstrated experience across the full technology implementation lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay modules, particularly Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Expenses, and/or Self Service Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P business processes, financial controls, approval workflows, accounting impacts, and related integrations.
  • Proven experience resolving production issues, managing service requests, conducting root-cause analysis, and delivering enhancements in Managed Services, application support, AMS, or post-go-live environments.
  • Strong requirements-gathering, solution-design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support capabilities.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted client advisor and communicate complex functional concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving, organization, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Budgetary Control, or Fixed Assets is a plus.
  • PeopleSoft Financials P2P experience is also considered, particularly experience with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, eProcurement, Supplier Management, Expense Management, and financial integrations.
  • Public sector or government accounting experience is desirable.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials/Procurement certification or PeopleSoft certification is a plus.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, Smart View, or other Oracle reporting and analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), file-based data imports/exports, and third-party procurement, expense, invoicing, or payment integrations is preferred.
  • Must be available for travel as needed and interested in a full-time employment opportunity.
Benefits
  • Full-time employment opportunity with a focus on long-term client support and consulting engagements.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications.
  • Opportunity to work on Oracle Cloud Financials and Procure-to-Pay transformation initiatives across diverse client environments.
  • Exposure to complex ERP implementations, Managed Services, application support, and ongoing optimization.
  • Opportunities to leverage either Oracle Cloud ERP or substantial PeopleSoft Financials expertise.
  • Collaborative environment working with technical teams, project stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Professional growth through exposure to Oracle technologies, integrations, reporting, and evolving ERP best practices.
  • Travel opportunities as needed to support client engagements.
