In this senior leadership role, you will drive enterprise-wide process transformation across a complex healthcare logistics environment, shaping how operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service functions work together. You will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and elevate service quality while ensuring compliance within a highly regulated industry. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable improvements and deliver measurable impact across end-to-end workflows. You will oversee large-scale optimization efforts spanning order management, back-office operations, and cross-functional business processes. This position offers the opportunity to lead continuous improvement strategy at scale, influencing both day-to-day execution and long-term organizational performance. You will also play a key role in building a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities
  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide business process improvement strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end process optimization across operational and back-office workflows, including order-to-cash and supporting administrative functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and design solutions that improve throughput, accuracy, cost efficiency, and service levels.
  • Lead process mapping activities, including current-state and future-state value stream mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes across functions and sites to ensure consistency and operational scalability.
  • Analyze complex operational data to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across the value stream.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in operations, supply chain, IT, finance, and customer service to align priorities and execution.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on process improvement, industrial engineering, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, supply chain, or transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of experience working within healthcare, logistics, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with ROI analysis, budgeting, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong change management capabilities and experience driving organizational adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive executive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies.
  • Remote or hybrid work flexibility depending on role requirements.
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives in a highly impactful healthcare logistics environment.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
