New Home Sales Consultant in Clarence-Rockland, Ontario at Cardel Homes

Compensation - $47,000 - $65,000 plus commissions

As a New Home Sales Consultant in the community of Morris Village in Rockland, you are responsible for meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to new home buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Generate leads through the CRM, show home traffic, referrals, realtors, email campaigns
• Product presentation: Deliver presentations on Cardel communities and product line-up
• Sales: Assist customers with their purchasing needs and administer the sale & purchase agreement
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer support throughout the sale & build process
• Market Research: Conduct research on housing market conditions and comparable products

Qualifications

• Previous New Home Sales experience is considered an asset
• High school diploma or post-secondary education
• Real estate market knowledge
• Computer literacy with a focus on online communication and CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Passion for excellence in customer experience
• Detail oriented while being able to think strategically
• Time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills

Hours of work

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate show home and sales centre hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales centre hours. The hours of operation for show homes and sales centres are typically, as follows:

• Monday to Wednesday 12:00pm – 7:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm – 5:00pm
