Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Server Assistant or someone with an eagerness to learn to join our team. We are a non-tipping club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Must be able to carry food to tables by using a small or large oval tray and trays.
  • Deliver food from kitchen to guest, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform restaurant staff (server, manager) when membership has a request (2nd round of drinks, ask for the check, and so on).
  • Replenish water, and coffee tea, and make coffee and OCC tea backups.
  • Must be compliant with all Departments of Health Food Safety Guidelines.
  • Reset tables, and bar tops and set up large parties as needed.
  • Water & Replenish water at tables, deliver bread and butter, and pour coffee.
  • Pre-bus tables, pre-bust tables after delivering food, Full Hands in Full Hands Out.
  • Restocks bussing stations if needed, rolls silverware polishes glasses.
  • Keeps TO GO containers stocked, and the line clean and organized at all times.
  • Prepare and serve nonalcoholic drinks: hot chocolate, and coffee drinks.
  • Prepare desserts for guests if needed.
  • Set up banquet room if needed.
  • Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of the kitchen/server front line as well as tools needed in the performance of duties.
  • Engage with members, fellow associates, and leadership through eye contact, smiles, appropriate greetings, and conversation.
  • Through personal and instinctive service, create a renewing experience for our members.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers with setting up, bus tables and preparing pre-sets for menu items.
  • Place stock orders for goods needed for everyday service.
  • Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special member requests, or as indicated by management relating to operations.
