RN Resident FT at Carteret Health Care – Morehead City, North Carolina

• JOB RELATIONSHIPS
  • Supervises RNs, LPNs, NAs, UCs and other Patient Care Services employees under the direction of a preceptor or mentor ; responsible to Clinical Manager.
• DEFINITION OF POSITION
  • The nursing residency is designed to integrate new graduate RN’s into the practice of nursing enabling them to provide high quality patient-family centered care that embraces the art and science of nursing.
• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional
    • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the end of the transition to practice part of the nurse residency.
    • Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
