The JOB:

Bellperson -- Seasonal Full Time

Bellperson have the opportunity to provide memorable guest experiences throughout their day. As the first and last person a guest sees gives us the opportunity to set the tone for the guest experience and the opportunity to correct any issues upon departure. Positioned at the entrance of the resort the Bellperson is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and the local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous bellman experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Guest relations experience
• On the job training
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Physical Requirement:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs prolong periods of time
• Ability to work in hot and humid conditions
