Dedicated Gynecology-Only MIGS Opportunity | Labor & Delivery Participation Optional


Are you ready to practice at the forefront of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery in a role intentionally designed around gynecologic care? At Rochester Regional Health (RRH), we are building the future of women’s surgical health by empowering fellowship-trained MIGS surgeons to focus on advanced gynecologic surgery in a collaborative, high-quality, patient-centered environment.

This is a dedicated gynecology-only position spanning both inpatient and outpatient gynecologic care. Participation in Labor & Delivery call and shifts is entirely optional, allowing you to tailor your practice to your professional interests and maintain focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery required
• Expertise in advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic procedures
• New York State medical license or eligibility
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
