Industrial Electrician in Odessa, Florida at Serve Electric
Job Description
Serve Electric | 7-12 Month Project in Cape Girardeau, MO | Travel to Job Sites
About This RoleThis role is tied to a 7-12 month industrial project in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, about two hours south of St. Louis. When it wraps, you’ll travel with us to other job sites, possibly anywhere in the U.S. since Serve Electric is licensed in 49 states. You’ll work alongside licensed electricians on industrial job sites, taking on real responsibility while building toward your Journeyman card.
Already have an apprentice card from any state? Great. If not, we’ll help you get registered before you start on the project.
Industrial experience is strongly preferred for this role. While residential and commercial electrical experience can provide a foundation, it does not fully translate to the demands of this position. We are seeking electricians with proven industrial experience, specifically in troubleshooting, large conduit and wire pulls, motor controls, 480V systems, transformers, and working within industrial environments, who can contribute effectively from day one.
What We Offer- Competitive pay based on your experience and level, with a clear path upward
- Prevailing wage project pay: the Cape Girardeau project is a prevailing wage job, so you’ll earn a higher, project-specific rate for its duration. Pay on later assignments is based on your experience and level at our standard rates.

- Per diem and lodging for travel assignments
- Paid time off
- 401(k) with matching
