About This Position
Maintenance Engineer II
The MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is responsible completing general maintenance projects/repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, boiler HVAC and construction.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
The MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is responsible completing general maintenance projects/repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, boiler HVAC and construction.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- One (1) year general maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital, hotel or similar environment
- Previous experience with HVAC and boilers
- Current CA driver’s license
- Knowledge of emergency water, gas, electrical and medical gas shutoffs
- Basic knowledge of blueprints preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate (speak, write and understand) in English
