You'll manage property-level people operations (payroll, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment) while also building and tracking the compliance training infrastructure that keeps our entire portfolio safe, certified, and audit-ready. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and Windsor Hospitality HR policies at the property level.
  • Own accountability for completion of all compliance training: Safety, Workplace Violence Prevention, ServSafe, Food Handlers, RBS, MVR, CPR, OSHA requirements, and others.
  • Partner with Corporate P&C to build and maintain compliance training materials and track completion across the portfolio.
  • Support the workers' compensation claim process; ensure timely, accurate submissions to insurance carriers.
  • Manage Paylocity HRIS training modules; build and maintain training dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Instruct property staff on HR policy interpretation; ensure consistent compliance.
  • Handle employee relation issues as they arise and provide guidance on workplace concerns and conflicts. Work with Corporate HR to resolve complex matters.
  • Complete payroll for the property and oversee wage and hour compliance.
  • Coordinate recognition programs and lead initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, independent working style and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Paylocity (or similar HRIS), and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate complex data from multiple sources to meet organizational objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
