As Lead Salesforce Platform Analyst, you'll support that work across Professional and Global Education, the School of Business, and Development & Alumni Engagement. Working alongside the people who run these programs, you'll help make the technology serve what they're trying to accomplish — so a returning learner can pick up where they left off, and an alum's history with UCR is remembered rather than rediscovered. This is a chance to put deep Salesforce expertise behind that mission, with reach across the full arc of how the university connects with its community.This position is classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). This position is funded on soft funds for two (2) years only. Should funding be made available in the future this position could be extended.The full salary range for the Lead Salesforce Platform Analyst is $96,000 - $179,400 annually. However, the pay scale for this position is UP TO $137,700 annually. UCR bases salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a university employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
