Position Information
UC Riverside's Auxiliary Facilities Services is recruiting for a Project Coordinator. The full salary range for the Project Specialist is $33.81 - $60.06 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $40.37 per hour. We base salary offers on various considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Under the supervision of the Senior Director-Auxiliary Facilities, the Project Coordinator oversees a range of project management responsibilities for Auxiliary Services, with a primary focus on managing furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) projects, scheduling and managing minor maintenance construction projects to include flooring, painting, and refinishing of millwork, as well as providing construction administration support across the department. Additional scope: request permits, schedule inspections, and ensure full compliance with procurement, testing, and other campus, county, state, federal policies, and workplace safety requirements. Work closely with campus partners in Planning, Design & Construction, Fire Marshal, Building Official, Facilities Services, Environmental Health & Safety, and others to ensure project clarity, priority, and successApplicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
