Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decisions across sales and marketing.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales analytics process, including data sourcing, cleansing, exploration, modeling, validation, and interpretation.

  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to identify trends, forecast performance, and optimize sales effectiveness.

  • Explore advanced analytical approaches, including knowledge graphs and the integration of diverse data sources such as claims, EHR, and wholesaler data.

  • Evaluate and help implement emerging AI tools and technology platforms that strengthen analytical and commercial capabilities.

  • Partner with marketing to maintain effective database segmentation, supplemental contact sourcing, lead-generation measurement, and data accuracy.

  • Develop and enhance dashboards that provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly visibility into pipeline health, demand generation, sales performance, and business trends.

  • Maintain an experience database serving as a centralized source of information on past projects, proof points, and claims to support marketing, business development, and proposal activities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales and marketing technology stack, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Coordinate technology delivery across multiple vendors and concurrent initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations.

  • Establish standard practices, reusable components, and guidelines for integrated technology platforms.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis of sales operations and demand-generation challenges, recommend solutions, and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Support strategic projects and other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with relevant experience.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 years with a master’s degree.

  • Advanced expertise in CRM, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technology, analytics, data management, and commercial operations.

  • Ability to develop practical, innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic guidance rather than simply responding to requests.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or PBM environments is advantageous.

  • Experience working with external vendors or partner organizations and managing technology-related deliverables.

  • Strong mentoring and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability, independent judgment, and a willingness to evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to support project deadlines.
