This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Alliance Partnership Manager (Cyber Insurance) based in United States.

This is a high-impact, externally facing role focused on shaping and scaling strategic relationships within the cyber insurance ecosystem. You will act as a key connector between insurers, brokers, legal partners, and internal teams to drive referrals, strengthen panel relationships, and expand ecosystem visibility. The position blends strategic partnership management with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. You will play a central role in enabling joint go-to-market initiatives and ensuring alignment across complex stakeholder groups. Operating in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment, you will help translate partner needs into actionable programs that enhance customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven, cross-functional environments with high visibility and measurable business impact.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships within the cyber insurance and legal ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment and long-term partnership value. You will manage day-to-day engagement with key partners while coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver joint initiatives and consistent execution.

  • Develop and manage relationships with cyber insurers, brokers, breach counsel, and ecosystem partners to drive referrals and strategic collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring operational alignment and ongoing engagement
  • Support go-to-market execution by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on joint campaigns and initiatives
  • Contribute to partner-facing materials, messaging, and programs tailored to insurance ecosystem needs
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics such as referral volume, conversion rates, and panel participation
  • Support and strengthen inclusion within insurer panels through consistent execution and relationship management
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform internal roadmap and service improvements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and pipeline visibility
  • Represent the organization at industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in partnership management or business development within cybersecurity, insurance, or adjacent regulated industries. You bring a deep understanding of ecosystem dynamics and are confident navigating both technical and commercial discussions.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in alliances, channel partnerships, business development, or partner marketing
  • Familiarity with the cyber insurance landscape, including panel structures and breach response workflows
  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as MDR, XDR, incident response, and threat intelligence
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across complex partner environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and CRM management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
