Job Description

Global Sales Enablement Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Sales Enablement Director based in the United States.

This is a high-impact global leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the end-to-end revenue enablement strategy across Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Success teams. The role focuses on building a unified readiness system that drives consistent performance improvement from onboarding through mastery. You will shape how go-to-market teams sell, retain, and expand accounts through structured skills development, modern enablement technology, and data-driven reinforcement. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, this leader will embed enablement into daily workflows rather than standalone training. The role requires strong cross-functional influence across regional and global stakeholders in a matrixed environment. A key focus is leveraging AI and advanced tools to enhance coaching, learning, and execution at scale. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership position with direct impact on revenue performance and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and lead a global sales readiness strategy that defines standards, skill progression, and operating rhythms across Sales and Customer Success, ensuring consistent execution from ramp to mastery across all regions.
  • Own and optimize the sales enablement technology ecosystem, driving adoption, integration, and ROI across tools such as learning platforms, CRM-embedded solutions, and content systems embedded in daily workflows.
  • Build structured, scalable programs for core selling skills, account planning, and territory planning, embedding them into day-to-day execution rather than standalone training events.
  • Develop sales manager capability programs focused on coaching, pipeline inspection, forecasting discipline, and performance management to reinforce frontline execution excellence.
  • Establish and govern a global-to-regional operating model, enabling regional leaders to localize and deliver programs while maintaining global consistency and standards.
  • Partner with onboarding teams to align ramp programs with long-term skill frameworks, ensuring continuity from new hire onboarding through ongoing development.
  • Drive AI-enabled enablement initiatives within revenue workflows, including coaching insights, in-context guidance, and performance reinforcement powered by data and analytics.
  • Define and manage enablement KPIs tied to revenue outcomes such as productivity, conversion, retention, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or GTM Transformation roles with proven ability to influence senior sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling global enablement frameworks across multiple regions, moving beyond localized training initiatives.
  • Strong experience driving adoption and alignment in matrixed organizations without direct reporting authority.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally in subscription, advisory, research, consulting, or complex solution-selling environments.
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement technologies, CRM ecosystems, or learning platforms, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to build sales manager development programs that strengthen coaching, execution discipline, and team performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to business KPIs and revenue outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across global, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong systems thinking mindset and passion for AI-enabled, in-the-flow-of-work enablement approaches.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary and variable pay aligned with experience and location
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and additional floating and volunteer days
  • Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and parental leave benefits
  • Flexible remote work model within eligible U.S. states
  • Opportunities for long-term career development within a globally respected, knowledge-driven environment
  • Access to modern tools, data, and AI-enabled systems supporting continuous professional growth.
