The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by living Gold Beach's Core Values and consistently executing the Seven Steps of Customer Service.


This position creates positive customer experiences by assisting customers with product selection, generating sales, merchandising products, maintaining a clean and organized store, supporting daily operations, and working collaboratively with fellow teammates.


Retail Sales Associates serve as trusted resources for our customers and play a vital role in creating lifelong Customer Advocates while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and profitable store environment.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    Knowledge of retail computer systems or the ability to quickly learn point-of-sale software.

    This position regularly works on the retail sales floor, in warehouse and lumber yard environments, and outdoors as business needs require. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, forklifts, moving equipment, and changing temperatures while maintaining a safe environment for customers and teammates.
