Located at the ZWILLING Factory Outlet in Woodburn, Oregon, our store serves shoppers from across the Portland metropolitan area, the Willamette Valley, and visitors traveling along the I-5 corridor. Conveniently situated at Woodburn Premium Outlets, the location offers easy access from surrounding communities and major regional highways. Candidates should have access to reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service are what matter most.
What You'll Do
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate key product features
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events and promotions
- Assist with inventory, shipments, and stock replenishment
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
- Accurately utilize customer relationship management tools
What We're Looking For
- Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Hourly Rate: $15.55 - $20.00 per hour, depending on location and candidate experience, qualifications, and skill set.
Seasonal Term: This is a seasonal position expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Employment is temporary and seasonal in nature, with no guarantee of continued employment beyond the seasonal assignment period. Seasonal employment may end earlier or later based on business needs.
