We're looking for a Utility Operations Specialist to take ownership of the utility process, from setting up new accounts to supporting residents and partnering with vendors. You'll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything on track and everyone satisfied.

Our client is a full-service SFR (Single-Family Rental) platform that uses the latest technology to maximize investor returns and create positive outcomes for their residents and communities. What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main contact for everything utilities, including onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date utilities database (because the details matter!).
• Connect with residents and utility providers daily, where your people skills will stand out.
• Pitch in to support teammates and leadership whenever needed.
• Manage utility billing, liens, and general business tasks with confidence.
• Stay current on state and local utility regulations (we'll help you learn).
• Keep work moving quickly, even under pressure.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of general office experience (property management or HOA experience is a plus!).
• Strong tech skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• A self-starter mindset; you take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid communication skills and a calm, confident demeanor under pressure

Location & Schedule:

This role is based in our client's Dallas, TX office. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend overtime during busy periods.
