About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is excited to welcome new talent to our Clinical Team at our new Las Vegas locations: North Las Vegas and South Las Vegas! We are continuing to grow our practice and are seeking Clinical Coordinators who are passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will collaborate closely with our physicians and providers to support the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. You will manage your own patient schedule and assist with a variety of appointment types each day. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. While healthcare experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train individuals with a strong interest in healthcare and provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure success in the role.

This position may be based at either our North Las Vegas or South Las Vegas location. As we continue to grow in the Las Vegas market, team members may be asked to support both locations based on operational needs. Occasional travel may be required for training and meetings; travel may include visits to other Star Sleep & Wellness locations, including the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All approved business travel expenses will be fully covered by the company, and additional details will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a column of in-person patients each day, handling communication before, during, and after appointments.
  • Adhering to our standard of care put in place by our Medical Director.
  • Establish a relationship link with the patient to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhinometer.
  • Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan.
  • Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments.
  • Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient passoffs.
  • Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment.
  • Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy.
  • Uploading required documents into EMR software when necessary

About You

Regardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for:

  • Value Reputation: Our name is everything! Every small action matters, so we expect you to be mindful of the big picture in everything you say or do. You’ll be an ambassador for the practice’s reputation.
  • Adaptable to Change: We’re always evolving and forward-thinking. You approach challenges with a positive attitude, are open to learning, and are willing to break old habits to improve.
  • Driven and Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by purpose, remain focused on personal and team goals, and thrive on achieving success, both individually and collectively.
  • Do Whatever It Takes: You go the extra mile to support your team and make it happen for our patients. We value collaboration and the willingness to “do whatever it takes.”
  • Do What You Say You understand that trust is built on consistency. You honor your commitments and always follow through, even when it’s challenging.

Does This Sound Like You?

Please apply! We would love to hear from you.

Please Note: This is NOT a remote position.
