Job Overview:
Trade Analytics Intern supports projects related to global trade operations, logistics coordination, tariff tracking, and supply chain data analysis. This position reports to the Executive Vice President
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with organizing and reviewing shipment, freight, and customs-related data
• Support tracking and reporting of tariff and shipping cost information
• Help maintain and organize logistics and operational reports
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and documentation related to import/export activities
• Support projects involving:, HTS classifications, Country-of-origin tracking, Import/export documentation, Shipment visibility and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams to help improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy
• Assist with preparing summaries, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal teams
Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Data Analytics or Related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Interest in supply chain operations, logistics, manufacturing, or business analytics
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
