About Kids is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Colorado! Rehab For All was founded to address the exceptional needs of children with ALL kinds of insurance.
We currently provide occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapy along with home health services to families all over the state of Colorado. We are open to candidates located in Colorado Springs. The main function of this position will be to manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish. You will source candidates, post job ads, conduct phone and in-person interviews, create offers and undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. We are looking for someone who has excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
To be an ideal candidate, you should hold an HR-related degree or have some experience in our industry. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees. Pay is based upon experience.
Requirements:Responsibilities
-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
-Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources management
-Compile and update employee records
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
-Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
-Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
-Source candidates and post job ads
Skills
-Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
-Basic knowledge of labor laws
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong communications skills
-Degree in Human Resources or related field (not required)
