Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a Contracts Associate Intern in San Diego, CA.

Summary: Reporting to and under the general supervision of the Senior Contracts Manager, the contracts associate intern administers contracts and subcontracts using established procedures in order to develop, preserve and fulfill the Company’s contractual rights and obligations and assists in contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors company performance on routine contractual obligations

• Originates all company correspondence of contractual significance

• Compiles and maintains all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures

• Inputs required data into the Contracts Database

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management.

• Up to one (0-1) years; entry level Administration or a related field or equivalent experience

• Excellent time management skills.

• Must be experienced and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to use independent discretion and judgment on more routine issues while seeking guidance and approval on more complex issues.

• Interest in contracts/legal work or project coordination

• Ability to follow all company-specific data protection policies.

• This position requires the ability to access information restricted under CUI regulations; therefore, only candidates who are legally authorized to receive such information can be considered.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $25.00 per hour. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Frequent standing, sitting, walking, handling, feeling with hands, reaching with arms.

• Prolonged use of computer, (typing, keyboarding, data entry)

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

• Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Vision requirements include: close, distant, color perception, peripheral, depth and ability to focus.

• Noise conditions range from very quiet to some noise.
