Your expertise will directly shape enterprise architectures and long-term customer success.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the definition of program vision and architecture roadmaps across large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the consulting and architecture community.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, consulting, or complex solution delivery roles.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce Core implementations or large-scale Salesforce projects.
  • Strong expertise in application design, data modeling, integration patterns, and security architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise system design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience mentoring teams or leading technical workstreams is highly valued.
  • Salesforce certifications (including Architect-level credentials such as CTA) are a strong asset.
  • Eligibility to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance is required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $154,700 to $204,700 annually (Ontario benchmark), depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical enterprise and public sector Salesforce transformations.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including AI-powered development tools and advanced platform capabilities.
  • Strong focus on professional growth, certification support, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborative, expert-driven environment with global Salesforce professionals.
  • Opportunities to influence architecture strategy at a high organizational level.
  • Flexible benefits package including bonus, incentives, equity, and additional perks (where applicable).
