We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining product integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality standards. What You’ll DoAs a Quality Inspector, you will support production and quality operations by ensuring products and processes meet established standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Read production orders, schedules, and specifications to determine machine setup requirements, product dimensions, inspection criteria, and workflow priorities.
- Set up and operate assigned machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
- Monitor machine performance to identify malfunctions and verify products meet quality specifications.
- Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, temperature, material flow, and measurements to maintain quality standards.
- Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials and finished products to verify conformance with specifications.
- Utilize inspection and testing equipment including calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
- Identify, separate, and report defective materials or products to immediate supervision in cases of product or process nonconformance.
- Maintain accurate records and support quality documentation processes.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams and leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college course work preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and active listening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Minimum of 6 months of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Experience working with hazardous materials or substances strongly preferred
- Experience using calipers, gauges, or other inspection and measurement tools preferred

This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to:
- Moving mechanical parts
- Fumes, airborne particles, and industrial noise
- Hazardous materials requiring strict adherence to safety procedures
The Quality Inspector role regularly requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, squat, crouch, kneel, climb, balance, and reach
- Use hands for handling materials and inspection equipment
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Maintain visual accuracy including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including N95 or full-face respirators, may be required depending on work area and job duties.
Candidates must successfully pass a lead exam, which includes:
- Medical pre-screening
- Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
- Vision examination
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
