About the role
We are seeking a part-time physician to provide high-quality primary care and support a collaborative, team-based care environment.
What you'll do
Patient Care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine exams, preventive care, and follow-ups
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Collaboration
- Work closely with NP/PA providers and care teams
- Coordinate care including labs, imaging, and referrals
Supervision Support
- Provide guidance and consultation to advanced practice providers as needed
Documentation
- Complete accurate and timely charting
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standardsDescribe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Qualifications
- Active California MD or DO license
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Experience in primary care preferred
- Comfortable with diverse patient populations, including LGBTQ+ care
