Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting and leading group activities, events, and daily programs
• Encouraging resident involvement and building positive relationships
• Assisting with activity planning, setup, and follow-through
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
• Helping with documentation and resident engagement efforts

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Willingness to learn—no experience required
• Positive, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors
• Prior experience in a people-focused role is a plus
