Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WYCompensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k + per year at minimum target)Our OpportunityIn 1994, three visionaries transformed a small Bulletin Board Service into a regional broadband powerhouse. With a steady stream of inbound leads, ongoing sales training, and a competitive commission structure, your success is directly tied to your results.Key Responsibilities:Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer sign‑upsMaximize commission earnings through upsells, cross‑sells, VoIP sales, and managed router servicesComplete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipelineEngage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads PageParticipate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performanceQualifications:Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales‑driven mindsetTech‑savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related productsWillingness to learn and explain broadband products and technologyFlexible, adaptable, and motivated by a results‑oriented environmentExcellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to represent Visionary Broadband with confidenceBenefits:Competitive pay structure including commission eligibility, company annual bonus plan, and additional earnings opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (available the 1st of the month after 30 days): 2 medical plansDentalVisionHSA (with HDHP option)401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 6%Voluntary short‑ and long‑term disability, life insurance, and AD&DPTO, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Pay, and Paid Parental Leave
