Our busy general dentistry office is home to six providers and a strong, established patient base. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both patients and team members.
What You'll Do- Support and oversee daily office operations
- Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and efficiency
- Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and operational performance
- Assist with team development, accountability, and office culture
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help drive practice growth and operational excellence
- Support patient experience initiatives and service recovery
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals
- 5+ years of dental experience required
- 2+ years of dental management or leadership experience required
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
- Six-provider, established general dentistry practice
