Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Laydown Operator to join our team. The Laydown Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and transportation of laydown unit equipment at customer well sites. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport equipment and yourself to customer job sites.
- Position and spot the laydown unit correctly at the wellsite.
- Perform rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Safely roll, stack, and handle tubulars.
- Complete field delivery tickets, timesheets, repair tickets, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment before, during, and after each job to ensure safe operation and field readiness.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in required operational, safety, and specialized training programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Texas or New Mexico Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor oilfield environments.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Company Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Policies
We offer a competitive paid time off package. Employees earn vacation based on years of service, with 40 hours after 1 year, 80 hours after 2 years, 120 hours after 5 years, and 160 hours after 15 years. In addition, employees become eligible for 64 hours of Paid Sick Leave after completing a 30-day probationary period.
