Location: Midland, TX
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00/year
Job Summary:The Operations Support Supervisor at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is responsible for overseeing RBT and operational tasks. These tasks may include scheduling, managing call-ins, facility needs, ordering, staff check-ins, assisting with training, supporting morale development, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Serve as direct manager for clinic location RBT staff.
- Oversee performance management system for direct reports, coordinating process between Ops, Clinical, and HR departments.
- Ensure EBH policies and procedures are followed consistently, and provide related feedback to staff.
- Provide tours for new potential patients and families.
- Conduct RBT interviews and make hiring recommendations.
- Execute on-site clinic events for staff and patients, including meetings.
- Complete weekly approval of payroll and billing.
- Manage location treatment schedule.
- Assist with operational issues within the clinics.
- Schedule meetings with clinical teams as needed.
- Promptly answer the questions of staff or point them in the appropriate direction.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with employees.
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Update logs and order forms.
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to operations leaders.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a minimum of six (6) months of employment here at EBH and must be part of the Operations RBT track or be in a Lead RBT position
Preferred:
- Experience working with families of children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Central Reach and Excel
