This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling home loan growth engine, focused on building and expanding relationships with mortgage brokers across the Australian market. You will act as the key commercial face of a modern low-deposit lending proposition, helping brokers understand, trust, and actively recommend innovative home loan solutions. The position blends high-performance sales execution with relationship-building and market education, requiring a strong hunter mindset and commercial drive. You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, converting broker interest into active partnerships, and ensuring consistent loan flow through your portfolio. Operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with internal credit, sales, and operations teams to move deals efficiently through the pipeline. This is a highly impactful role for someone motivated by ownership, growth, and tangible commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, activating, and growing mortgage broker partnerships while driving consistent loan volume and strengthening market presence. You will manage the full broker engagement cycle, from first contact through to long-term partnership development.
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing broker pipeline across your assigned territory.
- Educate and pitch low-deposit home loan products, clearly articulating credit policy and eligibility requirements.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with mortgage brokers and convert them into long-term advocates.
- Manage loan scenarios and actively progress deals through the sales and lending pipeline.
- Represent the business at industry events, partner sessions, and broker engagements.
- Drive awareness and market engagement to strengthen brand presence and broker adoption.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business, building relationships, and driving revenue in competitive, fast-moving environments. You are commercially driven, confident, and highly motivated by targets and performance.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, tech, or high-performance sales environments.
- Proven success in building and growing broker or partner relationships that generate consistent revenue or loan volume.
- Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
- Confident user of CRM systems, sales tools, and automation platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
