It is an opportunity to grow within a modern, product-driven company that values autonomy, transparency, and impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, probation and performance reviews, internal mobility, check-ins, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer HR processes and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as HiBob and Jira.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between employees and management, helping to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support employees in understanding policies, processes, and development opportunities while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
  • Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
  • Experience working with HR metrics is a plus.
  • English level: intermediate or higher.

Benefits:

  • Flexible work setup with fully remote options across Europe.
  • Official employment support with assistance for administrative and legal processes where needed.
  • 20 paid vacation days, public holidays, and sick leave to ensure work-life balance.
  • Private medical insurance and mental health support coverage.
  • Monthly benefit allowance for personal interests, hobbies, or sports activities.
  • Access to training programs, courses, workshops, mentorship, and a corporate learning library.
  • Regular team events, workshops, and offsites to strengthen collaboration and team culture.
