Maintenance Technician (FT) in Chesterfield, Missouri at The Delmar Gardens Family

The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time Day shift at Garden Villas
• Full-Time Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm at Delmar Gardens on the Green, Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield, and Garden Villas

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
