What You’ll Do

• Operate various CNC machines, including Bima 300, Bima 400, Morbidelli Unix KBT 1.1, and Morbidelli Unix BT2.2.
• Support the CNC programming team by performing minor adjustments and performing routine quality checks.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment to resolve production issues quickly and safely.
• Conduct inspections to ensure that products meet company quality standards.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the team.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of machine safety and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to make on-the-spot adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Full physical dexterity and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas.
