We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Houseman / House Attendant to support our Housekeeping team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

This role is essential to the success of our hotel. You'll ensure housekeeping staff have the supplies, linens, and support they need to prepare guest rooms and public areas for an exceptional guest experience. The Houseman / House Attendant supports the Housekeeping Department by ensuring housekeeping staff have the necessary supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain guest rooms and public areas. This position is responsible for maintaining linen rooms, delivering supplies, transporting linens, and assisting with daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Deliver clean linens, towels, and supplies throughout the hotel
• Collect and transport soiled linens to designated laundry areas
• Organize and maintain linen closets, storage rooms, and service areas
• Replenish housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
• Assist Room Attendants with trash removal, linen collection, and operational support
• Maintain clean, organized hallways and back-of-house areas
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and operational needs
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and damaged equipment
• Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and high occupancy days
• Help ensure the hotel consistently meets cleanliness and service standards

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push housekeeping carts
• Basic English communication skills required; Spanish preferred

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
