Environmental Services Tech in El Dorado Springs, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Environmental Services Worker to join our Nutritional Services Department in El Dorado Springs, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Per Requested Need

• Work Shift: Evenings

• Hours: Tues and Thurs, 6:00pm-9:30pm

What Your Day Looks Like: El Dorado Springs Medical Center offers Primary Care, Walk-in hours, Mental Health Services, with access to Laboratory services and X-Ray. Services offered are acute walk-in care, geriatrics, simple procedures, contraception management, wellness care, Obstetrical care, weight loss management and pediatrics.

As an Environmental Services Worker, you will be:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

• Providing public access to safety with proper control of chemicals, caution signs, housekeeping carts, and restrictions on work sites.

• Working with other team members to set specific cleaning schedules

• Maintaining knowledge of appropriate department chemicals and correct usage

• Learning new techniques and demonstrating awareness of safety materials (MSDS etc.)

Qualifications:

Education: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: N/A

Skills: Service and attention to detail

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Prolong periods of standing and walking; ability to read and write documentation;Exerting 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently.
