Level 2 Agent in Orlando, Florida at Bag Truck LLC

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Level 2 Agent to support baggage operations between the airport terminal and remote sorting facility. This role is responsible for identifying, collecting, and transporting passenger luggage to ensure it is correctly routed for further processing. The ideal candidate will work closely with airline personnel to maintain smooth operations and must be fluent in English to communicate effectively across teams.

This position requires compliance with airport security protocols, including the ability to obtain and maintain a valid airport security badge.

Responsibilities

• Identify, tag, collect, and verify passenger luggage within terminal areas for transport to the remote sorting facility.
• Ensure all baggage is correctly tagged and routed in coordination with airline requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with airline staff to confirm flight and passenger baggage details.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of baggage handling.
• Follow all safety, security, and airport operational procedures.
• Operate baggage carts or transport equipment as needed.

• Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving heavy luggage.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge (background check required).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in airport or airline operations is a plus but not required.
